The Casino Tranchant Dunkerque is located in the coastal town of Dunkerque, northern France, halfway between the Belgian border and the city of Calais.
The casino is housed in a boxy structure that has glass and red and yellow walls and is recognizable with the Groupe Tranchant logo. Inside, it has a pink and dark-colored ceiling with pinlights, plain walls, and striped and patterned carpeted floors.
The casino opens every day at 9 a.m. and closes at either 2 a.m. from Sunday to Thursday or 4 a.m. every Friday and Saturday. Guests with valid ID, with proper attire, and above 18 years old can enter the casino.

The casino bar is located next to the gaming area, serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and shows live sports broadcast from its TV screen, while the restaurant, La Cascade, specializes in seafood dishes as well as other meals in the French cuisine, such as duck foie gras, pineapple chutney, smoked salmon, carnival salad, grilled albacore, beef tartare, and entrecote.
The restaurant also offers its guests two set menus: the Petit Lou, which is a children’s menu, and the Escapade Gourmande menu, which has a three-course meal.
